During
the evolution of law enforcement, many agencies have come to the
realization that their efforts to serve the community can be
greatly enhanced by people assisting officers with assorted
problems. Some examples would be the reporting of crimes and
keeping a watchful eye in your neighborhood.
One of the purposes of this site is so that you, the citizen, can
assist law enforcement by reporting the location of persons wanted
by the various agencies listed here. Always remember, you should
never approach or try to apprehend anyone listed on this site. You
should only contact the appropriate law enforcement agency and let
them determine what actions need to be taken to see that the
warrant is executed correctly.

A warrant is a document that is usually issued by a court so
that a person can be arrested when there is probable cause to
believe that person has committed a crime.
The issuance of a warrant by no means indicates that a person
is guilty of a crime, only that probable cause exists to
believe that person has committed a crime.
